A Trip to the Zoo-

Matt went to China last week and we drove him down to the airport. That night we stayed at my brother Toph's house. We played a bunch, got to eat lunch with Tucker at his school and tried not to sleep to much cause we were just so excited to be there :). On our way home we went to the zoo. It was fun & relaxing- we love the zoo.

Riding the Carousel- Owen remembered riding the bald eagle last year and wanted to ride that one again.

Ava loved it too!

It was a fun trip to the zoo with my two little monkeys.

April...

Easter- we got to have a fun Easter Egg hunt at a park-

Ava was a big fan.

Owen had a trip to instacare earlier that day but with his medicine he was happy as could be finding the easter eggs.

Ava with the Easter Bunny herself- I think Easter is as fun as Christmas for my mom.

We've had lots of weather changes in April- snow one day then some nice days and then more snow. Every
time we woke up to snow, Owen & Ava were so excited. Ava's response one morning when she saw the snow was, "Mmmmmm yummy!"

This is the first time we walked to the park close to our house.

Baby Animal Days- It was really fun this year. It was much less crowded than last year.





More Easter celebrating-

Ice cream cones are our new favorite things- they are much less messy than a bowl of ice cream.

Owen was so proud of his nose, arm & belly coloring job and the use of all the colors.

Mom Huff's Birthday Party-

I think this was the first big group party we had at our new house and it worked well. It's always fun to hang out with family.

Happy 70th Birthday!

Ava fell asleep this Sunday afternoon while our Home Teachers were visiting. It sure is a rough transition from having a nap to not having a nap.

Phew, the end. If you made it through all of that then we should probably hang out more cause you must really be a good friend :).

We bought & moved into a new house about a mile away. So, before pictures come in later posts of our new house, first some pictures of our first house-

Owen's room- I just realized I didn't really take pictures of Owen's room but this is one from a while ago. I also, didn't take any pictures of the bathroom, our bedroom or the living room. I'll have to go back and add those pictures in here later.

So, we have an awesome realtor that we love but walking through houses was not my favorite thing and Matthew really enjoyed the whole hunt of looking online and walking through them. I think we added it up and we walked through 36 houses before we found the one. This picture makes me laugh from one day while we were walking through some houses- Matthew was a bit overly confident in our cars skills of backing out of some deep snow and he and Clark had to dig us out with the neighbors shovel. Good times.
