Easter

Owen had a fun time this Easter weekend. He had a lot of fun playing with cousins, dying easter eggs (mostly just green eggs, as many as the bowl would hold), playing in the sand box, watching the fire, an Easter egg hunt, and then the finale of rolling/throwing Easter eggs down a big hill. We were happy for the warm day.

Every Easter egg Owen found he had to open up to see what was inside before he'd close it back up to put in his basket.

Rolling/Throwing Easter eggs is an awesome way to use/get rid off all the beautiful eggs you colored. No matter how many we do, we never have enough. Good Times.

On Sunday we enjoyed church cause Owen stayed in nursery for the second time- wahoo and because it was Easter. Then we enjoyed a good dinner and good company with the Huff's and Kelly and her family.

Print Pictures

I have a bunch of photos that I want to print and I was wondering what the best way to print them is. Has anyone used the "Order Prints" button in iPhoto for 12 cents a print? Or printed with an online place like snapfish or any of the other ones? Are they as good of quality? Anyways, I'm wondering what's everyone's favorite way to print pictures is.

3 months old

Ava turned 3 months old yesterday. She has grown and developed so much in those 3 months. She is such a happy good baby. We love her and we are so happy to have her here.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Since our Valentine's sugar cookies were so dang awesome- we made shamrock cookies yesterday and this time, Matthew even got to help decorate them :).

Thank Goodness for Bandaids

It's amazing what good a bandaid can do. Yesterday afternoon, Owen was really tired so when he barely bonked his head on the table, it was just to much and he was crying and asking for a bandaid. We told him he didn't need one but he kept crying and asking for it so I gave him one and he put it right on top of his head and wow did it make him feel better. Then we went outside and he tripped on the road and scraped his hands a little bit but all he had to do was reach up and touch his bandaid on the top of his head and he instantly felt better.

Aaaargh!

"What does a pirate say?" A few weeks ago, Owen just started doing this face. We don't know where he learned it but it cracks me up every time.

Warm Weather- Wahoo!

Owen & Michael decided since no one did any yard cleaning up before winter came, they'd get a jump start today with some warm weather :). We are so excited for Spring!

Lucky Kids & Lucky Me

Thanks Cat & Jo for being around and helping me out, especially when my husband is working long days or off somewhere sleeping in the snow :).

Ava's Big Day

On Sunday we blessed our little girl Ava. She was a happy girl for her blessing day. My mom made her a beautiful little dress. We are so happy to have her in our family.

What would a big day be without family... and food

After church we gathered for some good food. Matthew made red beans & rice and everyone brought different salads & desserts. It was a yummy meal. I love dinners like that where there is so much good food to taste & eat- yum, yum, yum. It was also great to be surrounded by family on Ava's special day and really missed family that live to far away.

All Cozy Like

Whenever I put Ava in her Bundle Me with the hat she looks so warm & snuggly. Makes me wish JJ Cole made an adult size.
