Owen finished his first season of soccer. It was his first team sport he's played on and it was so fun. He got into it and worked hard.
It was fun to have extra cheer leaders!
That reminds me of one game that had a boy named Diego playing on the other team. Of course we had to sing the 'Go, Diego Go' song and after I told Owen that we thought it was funny we could sing that for him and he was kind of upset and told me we shouldn't do that because that's not cheering for him and then nobody cheers for him. What a goober.
Owen loved giving anyone a recap of the soccer plays that had just happened that he was in even though they were right there to see it for themselves.
Speaking of stories- this is Ava telling me some wild story about how her bear was sick and a bunch of other stuff in some chairs she set up while Matt was cleaning out our garage.
Here's Isaac playing with his most favorite thing- shoes. I think he's played with shoes more than any other toy. Any time he find a pair he puts them on his hands and "walks" around in them.
Owen finished kindergarten! This is him with his teacher that was so awesome. She was so respectful of all the kids and how different they all are.
Owen also was the Hillcrest Husky scholar for May. His teacher said, "Owen always spends extra time on his work to make sure that he is doing his very best. He is a hard worker!"

On the last day of school kids could bring pets to share, Owen wanted to bring Loco, one of our chickens. I wasn't so sure we'd get him there and kept thinking about how funny/awful it would be if he escaped at school with a million kids running after him. But we made an awesome box/cage thing for him and Owen was pretty excited to share our crazy Loco.

Welcome summer!
