September Randomness-

I stepped out of the kitchen and came back to Lily loving the butter!

In September Matt went to a football game in California with a great friend that lives down there and decided to drive so me & our kiddos went half way to St George and got to stay with my sister and her family.  It was so fun hanging out together.

We walked to the St George Temple visitor's center and had fun watching videos and being close to the temple.    

Then one night after it cooled off we drove just outside of town to climb on these awesome rocks. 

Isaac is such a cheeser!

We miss the days when we could see you guys a few times a week and hang out.  

We also went swimming at an amazing indoor pool at a rec center.  

I think we all felt like this after how hard we played :)!

Owen played soccer this fall and loved it.  It was fun to watch him improve and get into a little more. 

 Ava dressed very appropriately for watching a soccer game.  

Ava kept complaining that her bottom teeth hurt so we kept checking to see if they were loose and then one time I felt something hard and discovered her shark teeth!  It was kind of shocking but pretty common I guess. 

The next day she lost her first tooth!  

I got to go on a field trip with Owen to the zoo and his teacher's back yard with a zipline and a treehouse. 

Owen was helping Ava look for bugs in the backyard when I heard Owen crying.  He'd dropped a big cement paver on his big toe and it was not pretty.  He was hurting and said, "I was just doing a service for Ava!"  

Luckily, Matt's brother is a fantastic podiatrist and knew just what to do to take care of Owen. He removed his toenail that wasn't attached much anyways and put a couple stitches in a laceration that you could see his bone in. Luckily there was no broken bones and with Daniel's expertise we were able to avoid any nasty infections.  

I got to go to the General Relief Society Broadcast with my sisters & mom.  They are awesome women and we had fun. 

 And then another day in September Owen & Ava took the camera outside one and got some great pictures of each other :).
