Huff Reunion 2011

A couple weeks ago we went up to Afton for a family reunion. We took the scenic route from my Dad's suggestion and we were enjoying the drive so much we totally missed the turn for the quicker route. My dad was right, it was very pretty and we got to see some Sandhill Cranes and the oldest store in Idaho in a town called Henry. Matt loves making buttermilk pancakes so you can imagine how he felt when he got to make this ginormous batch for everyone.

I had to take a picture of Matt's Dad driving this for fun. I don't know that I've ever seen such a thing before.

Owen had a lot of fun playing games with his Uncle David. He told me later that night that at first he was shy to him but then he liked him.

Snuggles from Grandma.

Owen loved this helmet and wore it a lot.

The 4-wheelers were so fun. We rode to the top of a beautiful mountain and the next picture-

We also got to go for a little horse ride.

Probably one of the funnest parts of the reunion in the little girls eyes was when they got to play and get all muddy in this little creek. Good times.

The reunion was so much fun. We are definitely blessed to enjoy and be uplifted by such great family.

Great pics. You and Ava look like pros on the horse. Maybe you better get one to go with the chickens?

That's a great idea Dad, although I'm a bit afraid what our neighbors would think if we lost it. :)
