Some Fun From April-

My mom had a birthday. It was fun to party with her.

I am grateful for her example of strength and love.

Isaac is growing and eating well. And can sit up all on his own now.

Owen lost his other bottom tooth.

We took a little trip to St George for a couple days with some of my family. My sister & I each took our three kids and squished in our van and drove down to stay at a beautiful house of my sis-in-laws parents. Thanks again Emily Ann. It was fun. We had a good time. Becca could hardly contain herself-

The kids played lots, we went swimming and visited the St George Temple.

Got some awesome custard from Nielson's-

And I got to take some pictures of my beautiful niece Lorelei. Isn't she adorable? On the way home we stopped at an awesome park in Scipio. Isaac loved the swings.

On another weekend we went to Baby Animal Days-

Ava loves to help take care of Isaac.
Easter Weekend-
We went up to the river for an awesome Easter egg hunt and to throw eggs down the hill. We hiked up the hill to get to the egg throwing spot this time. On the way, Owen said, "Good thing I wore my boots cause they can be my hiking boots." That will be a happy, I mean sad day when those wear out.



I'm sort of hoping we'll have a few more eggs for the kids to find next year since the kids only had to empty their buckets a few times.



Whoah Becca, maybe you should lay off the candy a little bit.

Easter Sunday-

Matt's mom had a birthday this month too. I'm grateful for her example of hard work and generosity. I sure am lucky to have such good examples of strong women in my life.

At the end of April we got some baby chicks and the kids love them. Right after we got them Owen said he always wanted a pet and that he didn't need his toys any more now that we had the baby chickies.

Happy Anniversary To Us-

And to think life has just gotten better & better.

Party-

We went to an awesome party yesterday for our cousin Olivia. For part of the fun we got our faces painted and it was the coolest!

From some hand-me-downs we found this cute little hat just Isaac's size and knew we'd have to get a picture with Uncle Patrick cause he has a flat cap too.

Funny Converstations with Owen-

Yesterday Owen lost his second tooth. When bedtime rolled around we realized that it was lost. Miraculously I found it so I put it in a little baggy and took it down to Owen. Kind of chuckling he said ,"good thing we put it in a baggy right?" Interested in his response I asked him why and he said, "because then the toothfairy won't be able to open it because she's to little." Then he laughed some more.

Then tonight after dinner when we sat down for books Owen happily said, "I've got that french fry feeling in my tummy right now."

Kind of drippy, drippy

Ava thinks this rain is good. I just asked her how she likes it and she said, "It's kind of drippy, drippy."

First Lost tooth!

Owen lost his first tooth! It had been pretty loose for a few days. When it was just starting to get loose he was very worried that he might swallow it or loose it when it came out because his cousin Michael told him that's what happens. After I told him he'd know when it came out he felt much better. Then one afternoon he came into the kitchen holding his pulled tooth. When I asked him if it hurt pulling it out he said it was all twisty and then just came out. Right after he showed me he immediately headed to put it under his pillow. We got to visit the DI and the dollar store the next day from the tooth fairies kindness. Exciting stuff.

Hooray for Eating Again-

Poor little Isaac got pretty sick for a month or so and wasn't eating well at all but he finally got over the yucky bugs he had and started eating better again. Here's some fun pictures of his cute face while eating green peas. It's sure nice to have a happy Isaac around again!

A Morning Stroll-

Owen thought it would be fun to take Isaac for a little stroll in Ava's doll stroller. They all loved it and went round & round the house.
